Venkata Simhadri, CEO & Chairman of the Board
Successful track record in Semiconductor Industry as an individual contributor, corporate executive and entrepreneur. Good exposure to semiconductor eco-system including design services, IP, EDA, Fabs, Assembly & Testing ( OSAT ). Most recently, managed Moschip Semiconductor, a publicly listed Semiconductor/ Embedded design services company from 2019 till 2023. Turned around Moschip from a loss making entity to one of the leading semiconductor services companies in India. Earlier to Moschip, founded Time To Market Inc, a design services company and Gigacom Semiconductor, an IP company and both of had successful exits. Started his career at Integrated Device Technology (IDT) followed by Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) before starting his entrepreneurial journey. Venkata has a Bachelors degree from Andhra University College of Engineering and Masters degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Dr. M.M. Pallam Raju, Founding Partner & Board Member
Dr. Pallam Raju had served as a Union Minister in the Government of India from 2006 to 2014, with responsibilities in the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Human Resources Development. Before that, he had served as the Chairman of the Standing Committee of Information Technology in Parliament. He is an Electronics graduate and holds an M.B.A. from Temple University, USA. Prior to his political career, he had worked in USA and Norway in the IT sector before moving back to India. Pallam Raju is a co-founder of “Time To Market Inc”, a Semiconductor Design Services company and had headed the Indian operations between 1999-2005. TTM was successfully acquired by Infotech Enterprises in 2008.
Sreenivas Vaddi, Founding Member
Sreenivas has 28+ years of experience in Silicon Valley and worked for leading semiconductor companies as well as successful start-ups. His has broad experience that includes semiconductor manufacturing, Test & Product Engineering and Operations. During his years in Silicon Valley, Sreenivas has taken many products to volume production and interfaced with all the leading semiconductor fabs as well as OSAT facilities world-wide.
Dr. Krishna Linga, Board Member
Dr. Linga has been working in the Research and Development of ultra-low photon sensitive optical sensors for aerospace and defense applications for the past 30 years. He has been a leader, an entrepreneur and started multiple startups in the high technology sector and works with major aerospace and defense contractors and is primarily focused on multi-modal Read Out Integrated Circuits (ROIC) and development of InP based PIN and APD Focal Plane Arrays for long-distance tracking and imaging applications.
Dr. Linga has several issued US patents and published more than 40 publications in various peer reviewed technical journals and conferences. He serves as technical advisor to several high-tech companies.

Over 25 years of Global Industry experience in product development, both Software and Hardware. Set up various R&D organizations in US and India and managed P&L for SW products. Experience in UX Operating Systems, Embedded Software, Application Software and Hardware Product design. ASIC Design, Processing and Manufacturing.Board Member of various Public limited companies and startups. Accomplished consulting professional graduated from Cornell University, University of Illinois@ Urbanna-Champaign, IIT Delhi.
